Snowflake Spa, a growing Manhattan-based spa and massage operator, has signed a 10-year lease for approximately 2,200 square feet of ground-floor retail space, plus a full basement, at 619 Ninth Avenue in Manhattan’s Hell’s Kitchen neighborhood.
Todd Korren and Milly Cheung of Lee & Associates NYC represented the tenant, Snowflake Group Inc., in the transaction. The landlord, Howard Brachfeld, was represented by Kyle Fink and James Famularo of Meridian.
Snowflake Spa will occupy space formerly leased to Walgreens, transforming the location into a luxury spa and massage destination serving Hell’s Kitchen residents, workers and visitors.
The new location is part of Snowflake Group’s ongoing expansion across New York City. The company currently operates five locations in Manhattan, including two in the surrounding neighborhood, and is planning additional locations in Manhattan and Brooklyn.

The lease reflects continued demand from service-oriented retailers seeking well-located Manhattan storefronts as they expand their neighborhood presence.
