The Moinian Group announced that it has signed approximately 26,000 square feet of new office leases at 245 Fifth Avenue in Manhattan’s Midtown South. The latest transactions follow more than 95,000 square feet of leases previously announced at the property.
Sona Technologies has leased approximately 12,000 square feet comprising the entire 19th floor. Evan Kleinberg and Lenny Kohlmayer of Cornelia Street Partners represented Sona Technologies. Blacksmith Software has leased approximately 14,000 square feet comprising the entire seventh floor. The Tandem Space Team represented Blacksmith Software. The Moinian Group was represented by Scott Klau, Erik Harris and Ben Klau of Newmark in all transactions.
