The Durst Organization today announced two tenants have signed leases for prebuilt suites at 114 West 47th Street. Wilson Keadjian Browndorf, LLP (WKB) has signed a three-year lease for 5,535 square feet on the 18th floor. L.E.K. Consulting LLC has expanded their square footage at the building by signing an approximately nine-year lease for 7,371 square feet on the 24th floor. L.E.K. also leases the entire 19,746 square foot 25th floor. Their new prebuilt suite on the 24th floor includes a 600 square foot outdoor terrace.
“We are pleased L.E.K. has expanded their footprint at 114 West 47th Street and welcome WKB to the building,” said Jonathan (Jody) Durst, President of The Durst Organization. “The interest in prebuilt offices has increased over the past few years, especially among growing firms. We have been successful with our prebuilt program at One World Trade Center and wanted to expand the availability of prebuilt opportunities to our midtown portfolio.”
WKB was represented by Founder and President Josh Winslow and Catherine Memmo of Winslow & Co. The Durst Organization was represented in-house by Director Ashley Gee.Senior Managing Director Allyson Bowen of Savills Studley represented L.E.K., and Senior Managing Director Rocco Romeo and Ashley Gee represented Durst in-house.
