Livly, the Chicago-based technology company bringing a unified operating system to multifamily residential properties nationwide, is going international via a new partnership with CA Ventures, a global real estate investment management company with over $13 billion in assets across the United States, Europe and Latin America. The two companies will launch the Livly digital platform within CA’s student living portfolios globally.
New features designed in close partnership with CA, which are now part of the Livly digital platform, include a customizable resident mobile app; an information desk content management system allowing community managers to organize and share information with their colleagues and residents; a VIP concierge service; an instant insights platform that gives property staff analytics to track occupancy, property usage and business performance and integration with Entrata, Livly’s property management solution, Entrata.

Following a comprehensive assessment of trends in the real estate space in addition to feedback from residents and property staff, Livly developed a set of digital applications and apartment management tools to drive efficiency and bring value across a broad set of technology use cases.
