Reali, the real estate and fintech platform for home buying and selling, has appointed Delma Locke as chief legal officer. A veteran attorney, Locke boasts more than two decades of legal leadership at Silicon Valley tech giants spanning a wide range of matters including corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions and regulatory compliance.
“We are very pleased to have Delma join our leadership team at this critical moment in our company’s growth,” said Tyler Baldwin, Reali chief executive officer. “Her extensive legal expertise and rich background across key areas, including M&A and regulatory compliance, will be instrumental as we scale our operations.”
