Adler & Stachenfeld LLP (A&S) has promoted Ilya Leyvi to chair of the firm’s growing real estate finance practice group.
As a partner at A&S, Leyvi provides legal representation for lender and borrower clients on various forms of financings, including bridge loans, construction loans, mezzanine loans, C-PACE loans and preferred equity investments across various asset classes — including multifamily, hotel, self-storage, industrial and office.
Leyvi joined A&S in 2014 out of law school and was named real Estate practice co-chair in 2021.

Leyvi and his team have represented banks and national financial institutions on their most complex financing transactions. As chair, he will continue to oversee and grow the firm’s real estate finance group, training and managing a team of six dedicated finance attorneys and handling finance matters for clients across the firm. In addition, he will continue to foster and expand the firm’s relationships with finance clients, developing solutions for their most challenging transactions and providing outstanding world-class legal services.
