SmartCopy utilizes Open AI’s GPT-3 to generate copy for real estate marketing efforts.
SmartCopy is designed to help real estate agents acquire listings via outreach with personalized handwritten mail by creating AI-generated letter copy. The feature uses GPT-3’s natural language processing capabilities, enhanced by Addressable’s real estate performance data, to generate highly personalized and effective marketing messages. Addressable’s technology stack has generated over $1.5 billion in home sales since 2020.
