The Altman Management Company (AMC), a division of The Altman Companies has been selected by Fort Lauderdale, Florida-based development firm Merrimac Ventures to manage the luxury multifamily complex Leena Plantation in Plantation, Florida. The upscale community, scheduled to open this summer, is comprised of 306 apartment homes ranging from one- to three-bedrooms.

The community boasts neutral-colored brick, light ceruse oak wood-look tile flooring, accents of brass, matte black, fresh white marble counters, and updated molding details that highlight tall spaces. The six-story, 293,945-square-foot development also features resort-style amenities, including a pool, fitness center, yoga room, pet spa and dog park, two active courtyards, putting green, BBQ areas, a co-working space, managed high-speed WIFI, club and game rooms and 543 parking spaces.

”Leena Plantation will provide residents the highest standard of multifamily living in Broward County,” said Merrimac Ventures Co-Managing Partners (and brothers) Nitin and Dev Motwani. “Offering luxury, market-leading amenities will require a best-in-class management team, and The Altman Management Company is well positioned to fill this role based on its track record managing Class A multifamily communities and its deep-rooted presence in South Florida.”

Located at 1711 North University Drive, Leena Plantation provides easy access to Fort Lauderdale while still preserving its suburban ambiance.
