Racanelli Construction Company has been named as the construction manager for the building of construction of Watermill Crossing, a 38-unit luxury townhouse community with clubhouse and pool located at 800 Montauk Highway in Water Mill, New York. The project, valued at an estimated $38 million, is slated for completion on January 31, 2024.
For the Watermill Crossing project, Racanelli Construction will use a concrete foundation with 34 of the 38 units having basements, and all of townhouses having a one car garage with slab on grade construction. The townhouse facades will consist of a variety of materials including an exterior finish of cedar shingles, cedar shingle roof, board and batten siding, brick veneer chimneys, Marvin Elevate Double Hung glass windows and doors. Each home will have a private fenced backyard with a bluestone patio. The community’s clubhouse, which will encompass a great room with fireplace, lounge/media room, fully-equipped gymnasium, men’s and women’s locker rooms and full-sized swimming pool and spa, will also feature the same materials, as well as an added part-standing seam roof.
The Watermill Crossing’s site will consist of on-grade parking with a drainage system to keep the area dry. Additionally, there will be an onsite sewer treatment plant with generator. The site will be fully landscaped and will also feature paved roads along with pavers on driveways, walkways and patios.
