Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP has added Michael Weinberger to the firm’s New York office as a partner. Weinberger will continue his real estate finance practice, which is focused on commercial mortgage-backed securitization (CMBS), balance sheet, mezzanine and construction loan originations, restructurings and secondary market transactions.
