The Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) of Westchester County has announced the election of its slate of officers for the 2024 term.
Stephanie Manfredi, a property manager at Colliers International, was elected president. For nearly 15 years she has worked in property and facilities management overseeing all building-related operations and communications across the New York metropolitan region.
Other officers elected and sworn in for the 2024 term were: Vice Presidents Michael Borrero of Blumenfeld Development Group Robert McNamara of GHP Office Realty and Secretary/Treasurer Geraldine Malloy of Newmark. Directors elected were Judy Carrion of CBRE, Vinny Finnegan of Gedney Way Consultants LLC, Gina Lomurno of Reckson, Caroline Molloy of Cushman & Wakefield, Brian Van Riper of Robert Martin Company and Peter Zimmar of Regeneron. Scott Tangredi of Reckson serves as immediate past president and Jim Scully of Scully Construction Corp. is the allied representative.
