Inspired by Somerset Development (Inspired) announced the successful leasing of more than 120,000 square feet of commercial space across the Bell Works New Jersey and Chicago metroburbs in 2023. As a result of this surge in deals, Bell Works New Jersey is now 99% leased.

Throughout 2023, 21 companies at Bell Works in New Jersey signed new leases and expansions, encompassing both traditional office spaces and Bell Works’ signature Ready-To-Wear (RTW) designer office suites, showcasing distinctive, immediately available designs and flexible, short-term leasing options. The companies include: Vydia, an end-to-end music technology platform (2,858-square-foot expansion); Northeast Financial, a financial services firm (6,648-square-feet expansion) and Flexible Architecture and Simplified Technologies, an automation technology platform developer, with two individual leases (3,301 square feet and 2,960 square feet).
Bell Works Chicagoland, the reimagined former AT&T corporate campus in Hoffman Estates, Illinois, leased more than 80,000 square feet of office and retail space in 2023. The metroburb welcomed nine new office and retail tenants, resulting in a total of 250,000 square feet leased to date. Cambium Networks, a global provider of networking solutions, leased 35,000 square feet comprising both an engineering lab and the company’s new corporate office headquarters and Fairgrounds World’s Fair, Bell Works Chicagoland’s first-ever full-service food and beverage offering, leased 5,743 square feet, among other agreements. It also welcomed eight RTW office suite leases totaling 15,000 square feet.
