UpTop, the world’s first free all-in-one property management platform, announces new long-term profit-sharing model for the exclusive benefit of No Kid Hungry.
UpTop will launch details of the new partnership at the Apartmentalize Conference. UpTop CEO Frank Barletta is excited for his company to contribute to No Kid Hungry’s mission. No Kid Hungry is a national organization working to feed the more than 12 million American children who live in “food insecure” homes, which are households that cannot provide enough food for every member of the family to lead a healthy life, and who often live in poverty.
“Some of our UpTop team members know what it’s like to not have 3 meals a day as a child, so the mission of No Kid Hungry is very close to our hearts,” says UpTop’s Chief Marketing Officer, Jonathan Foux. Because of this, UpTop is taking its commitment to No Kid Hungry one step further: for every demo at UpTop’s Apartmentalize booth that leads to a new client, UpTop will also donate 20% of the profits from the first 12 months of that client’s account to No Kid Hungry, in their client’s name.
“Most of our clients with 10K units who switch from their existing property management software to UpTop save an average of $500,000 annually,” says Foux. “For a client of that size, our donation to No Kid Hungry in their name would be $200,000. So we see this as a huge win-win for everyone. You get the tools you need to move your business forward and make an impact on your bottom line. We power the next generation of property management software. And the kids we help empower today through No Kid Hungry will grow up to have inspirational careers of their own — and maybe even take over for us someday.”
