BBX Logistics Properties, a logistics development firm specializing in high barrier to entry, infill locations in Florida and other Eastern U.S. markets, has named Justin Dunn managing director of development.

Dunn will spearhead all facets of the development process, from entitlements and planning to budgeting, leasing and customer engagement. Additionally, Dunn will be instrumental in establishing and implementing efficient processes to ensure quality control and accountability across the organization.
Previously, Dunn served as senior vice president at Hilco Redevelopment Partners, where he oversaw the development of complex industrial projects totaling more than $2 billion. His experience also includes roles as vice president, development at Hillwood Investment Properties and senior director, development at Tradepoint Atlantic. At Tradepoint Atlantic, Dunn managed over 7 million square feet of complex, new development on a large brownfield site and played a key role in transactions and delivery exceeding $3 billion. His achievements includetenant transactions with industry giants such as Amazon, Home Depot and Under Armour.
As an honors graduate of Stevenson University, Dunn is a LEED-Accredited Professional.
