Douglas Elliman Development Marketing (DEDM) recently announced the launch of Pleasantville Lofts, a boutique luxury rental building located at 70 Memorial Plaza in Pleasantville, NY. Developed by Hexad Holdings – with one of its co-founders, Vito Errico, known for his work behind Equinox Fitness Club – and architecture by Gallin Beeler Design Studio, the four-story, 79-unit doorman building is the brokerage’s first major residential development project in Westchester County. Douglas Elliman agent Stacey Oestreich will spearhead the exclusive marketing and leasing for the project.
“We designed the Lofts with lifestyle in mind. Not only does the building reflect the comfort and warmth of a well-loved home, but there is an evident appreciation for the surrounding natural environment found in the details,” says Jordan Errico, Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Hexad Holdings. “It has been a pleasure working with the village of Pleasantville and its administration on smart development to maintain a high quality of life in the area.”
Pleasantville Lofts offers a mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units ranging in size up to nearly 2,000 square feet. All residences boast ceiling heights up to 12 feet. Finishes in the kitchen include quartz counter tops, Riobel matte black fixtures and Kuzco island pendants.
“From its prime location and elevated design to the incredible package of amenities, this exciting new residential development brings a truly contemporary sense of sophistication to the heart of Pleasantville,” says Oestreich. “I am thrilled to be part of a project that is sure to attract the most discerning residents.”
“We are proud to bring DEDM’s first-rate leasing services to this critical region north of New York City,” says Matthew Villetto, Executive Vice President of DEDM Leasing. “This is the first of many projects to come in Westchester, and we look forward to a successful lease out.”
Unique to any residential building in Westchester, The Lofts boast a one-of-a-kind rooftop gym outfitted with state-of-the-art Matrix Fitness cardio and strength training equipment, in addition to a private yoga studio. The rooftop deck includes a built-in outdoor kitchen, lounge and dining space. Downstairs, there is a pickle ball court, dog park and wash station, library lounge with kitchen and a light-filled co-working space with private conference rooms, cubicles and desk space. The large, private courtyard features a firepit with intimate seating arrangements and cabanas. Three levels of underground parking come outfitted with electric car charging stations and in-house car wash and detailing services for residents. Additionally, Hexad Holdings tapped local artist Sabrina Crowley of Sabrina’s Murals to paint inspirational artworks on the exterior of the building.
Home of the Jacob Burns Film Center, a nonprofit cultural arts center in the heart of the village’s downtown, Pleasantville has grown to be a hub for the arts in Westchester. The town’s popular Pleasantville Farmers Market, the largest year-round farmers market in Westchester, takes place in the film center’s parking lot.
Pleasantville Lofts is conveniently located across the street from the Metro-North Railroad, just an hour commute to Grand Central, and a 30-mile drive to Manhattan.
