Delancey Street Associates, a joint venture of Taconic Partners, BFC Partners, L+M Development Partners, The Prusik Group and Goldman Sachs Urban Investment Group, has launched select prebuilt office spaces and an amenity center designed by global architecture and design firm M Moser Associates at Essex Crossing’s commercial space at 145 Delancey St. on Manhattan’s Lower East Side.
Delancey Street Associates tapped M Moser as lead designer for the prebuilt and amenity spaces. The 21,000 square feet of prebuilt offices on the third floor, plus 7,000 square feet on the second floor, offer a mix of private and shared amenity space. Designed with a hospitality-infused vibe, each offers unique solutions for both short and long-term tenancy. Fully furnished and connected, tenants can enjoy a seamless move into a well-designed environment.
