Lee & Associates NYC announced that it has represented Pearl World Inc. in a 12-year, 8,800-square-foot lease at Carnegie Hall Tower at 152 West 57th Street in the Plaza District. The cosmetics company will lease the entire 48th floor and plan to use the space as its showroom and office.
Dennis Someck and Justin Myers with Lee & Associates NYC represented Pearl World, and Matt Leon with Newmark represented the landlord, TF Cornerstone. Pearl World will be relocating from its location at 37 West 57th Street.
