It is building a team of experts devoted to creating a unique product and experience with a plan for rapid expansion.

“At Sopo, our goal is to serve a Korean cuisine that is accessible to anyone at any time. We were attracted to 463 Seventh Avenue for its diverse foot traffic made up of tourists, office workers, students and more,” said T Kim, co-founder and CEO of Kkinee, owner of Sopo. “We are excited to become a go to restaurant that New Yorkers and visitors look forward to during their busy days.”
