Manhattan’s forward-thinking, full-service real estate firm, Adams & Company (Adams), has announced that Mr. Bao, a brand-new, ocean to table concept by Empress Group Corp, will be opening a location at 110 West 40th Street. The 2,441-square-foot space will serve seafood from South Africa for a healthy, delicious cuisine. Comprised of a ground floor and lower level, the restaurant will seat approximately 48 people and is set to open 2nd half of July.
David Levy and Brett Maslin of Adams & Company represented the landlord, 110 West 40 Holdings LLC. Evergold Properties LLC represented Mr. Bao in the transaction. Asking rent was $375,000 per year.
