Savills announced the appointment of Scott Vinett as vice chairman in its New York City office. Vinett brings over 20 years of experience in tenant and landlord representation to Savills.

Prior to joining Savills, Vinett served as a managing director at JLL, where he oversaw significant transactions on behalf of a litany of financial, insurance, tech, creative and apparel companies. More recently, he represented Viatris in a 23,000-square-foot lease at 50 Hudson Yards, TIAA and its subsidiaries on multiple acquisition and disposition assignments, including a 52,000-square-foot transaction for Churchill Asset Management at 375 Park Ave. At JLL, he also oversaw multiple acquisition and disposition assignments for Northwestern Mutual, including a 91,000-square-foot New York City headquarters transaction at 200 Liberty St.
