Ulta Beauty has signed a 12,040-square-foot lease at 2 Herald Square, a 369,000-square-foot mixed-use property owned by SL Green, with foot traffic exceeding 100 million people annually. Notable building tenants include Victoria’s Secret, WeWork and Mercy College.
