Full-service real estate firm Adams & Company has announced that two new companies have signed leases totaling 13,704 square feet at 10 West 33rd St.
Supply Accessories, a consumer product producer that focuses on the design, sourcing, manufacturing and distribution of headwear and travel accessories, has taken 7,686 square feet. The space will serve as general and executive offices and a showroom. Supply Accessories will occupy part of the second floor relocating from the 8th floor which it signed a lease for in 2021. Asking rent was $42 per square foot.
Welspun USA, a manufacturer in home textiles including sheets, comforters, towels and bath rugs, has added 6,018 square feet to its existing space for a total of 20,407 square feet.. The space will serve as general and executive offices, showroom and storage. Asking rent was $49 per square foot.
“Home to multiple Fashion Accessories and Home Textile companies including Gina Group, Micro Cotton and AD Sutton, 10 West 33rd Street is known as NYC’s Accessories Center,” said David Levy of Adams & Company. “These leases will offer Supply Accessories and Welspun with additional space to continue their growth and success in the consumer product industry”.
