Adams & Company announced that In Mocean Group LLC, a North American swimwear manufacturing company, has signed a 5,711-square-foot lease at 463 Seventh Ave. The space will be used for general and executive offices as well as showrooms.
The tenant already has a presence in the building and this new lease will bring its total space to 64,806 rentable square feet.
“In Mocean Group has been a valued tenant in the building since 2015 and has since expanded their space multiple times,” said David Levy, principal of Adams & Co. “This expansion not only reflects the tenant’s continued growth and success but also highlights the building’s strategic position in accommodating the dynamic business needs of companies.”
Levy of Adams & Company represented the landlord, The Arsenal Company LLC. Benchmark Group New York LLC represented the tenant. Asking rent was $49 per square foot.
