Lincoln Equities Group (LEG) has signed a 109,450 square-foot, long-term lease with National Ramp, an industry provider of residential and commercial ramping, at its Lincoln Logistics Rockland distribution center in Valley Cottage, N.Y.
The lease aligns with National Ramp’s goals of maintaining its footprint within the Rockland County market, establishing modern space and upsizing to form a corporate headquarters that will support its growing operational needs.
“This lease is indicative of the flight to quality and the strong demand that exists for modern, strategically located distribution spaces tailored to today’s logistics challenges,” said Lance Bergstein, chief executive officer of LEG. “With state-of-the-art design and prime connectivity, LEG’s facilities continue to attract businesses looking to streamline operations and support long-term growth.”
Lincoln Logistics Rockland is located less than five miles from two major highways — Interstate 287 and the Palisades Interstate Parkway — and within 45 miles of three major airports: LaGuardia, JFK International, and Newark Liberty International, as well as the Port of Newark/Elizabeth. The property features built-to-suit office space, 36’ clear height ceilings, 34 dock doors and parking for 123 cars and 41 trailers.
“Demand for high-quality, strategically located industrial space remains robust, and this facility stands out as a premier offering in the region,” said Adam Petrillo, executive managing director at Newmark, the exclusive listing agent for the property. “Businesses looking to enhance operational efficiency will find this development to be an unmatched solution, reflecting the forward-thinking approach of LEG in anticipating market needs.”
