Two Fort Worth, Texas commercial real estate firms — Ellis & Tinsley Inc. and Vasseur Commercial Real Estate — have merged to form Team & Vasseur Commercial Real Estate (TVCRE). The new firm brings together proven leadership and experienced staff to carry forward shared legacies of local knowledge, deep-rooted relationships and unwavering commitment to the Fort Worth and Tarrant County West communities.
Nathan Vasseur and Charles “C.B.” Team — leaders from the merged firms — drove the merger and have taken the reins as partners at the new agency. Vasseur, whose family has been a force in local real estate since the 1970s, has guided hundreds of office, retail, industrial and land transactions. Team, a fifth-generation Fort Worthian, has spent nearly two decades advising clients on development, leasing and property management.
“There are agents in our shop with 20, 30, even 50 years of experience,” said Team. “Our ‘least’ experienced agent has been in the field for almost a decade and knows all the ins-and-outs of commercial real estate in Fort Worth. Our clients know they can come to us to talk to experienced people with unmatched local knowledge.”

TVCRE will operate from a newly renovated building at 4420 W Vickery Blvd., in the heart of West Fort Worth. The building’s design features architecture from the Postmodern era with energy efficient upgrades and drought-tolerant native landscaping. Bill Ellis, founder of Ellis & Tinsley, will remain involved as an owner, while Vasseur and Team will take over management duties and lead the firm’s next phase of growth.
That growth will be focused on what Team calls the “three-legged stool” of brokerage, property management and investment services.
