Located within the iconic Domino Sugar redevelopment, One Domino Square offers residents breathtaking views of the Manhattan skyline and East River, along with access to a heated outdoor pool and dining areas designed to provide an escape unlike anything else in New York City.
The building features over 45,000 square feet and five floors of state-of-the-art amenities designed for socializing, entertaining, and wellness. Highlights include an extensive aquatics center, with an indoor pool, cold plunge, hot tub, sauna, and steam room, in addition to the seasonal outdoor pool. Residents also enjoy lounges, a media room, a children’s playroom, a private dining room, a chef’s kitchen, and a BBQ grilling terrace. Situated directly above Domino Park and Domino Square – both active year-round with seasonal programming, including an ice skating rink in the winter and this summer’s debut of Sugar, Sugar!, the first major cultural initiative running through June.
