Real estate finance advisory firm Arrow Real Estate Advisors announced the successful closing of a $12.091 million Freddie Mac loan for a multifamily property at 3030 Middletown Rd. in the Bronx, N.Y.  Arrow’s Eli Serebrowski, senior director, and Meir Schlusselberg, vice president, arranged the financing on behalf of client H Holding Group/Magen Capital, led by Sharon Hakmon.

The 50,916-square-foot property includes 46 residential apartments and two commercial units, and the new loan replaces a maturing mortgage. Arrow Real Estate Advisors secured a five-year loan with two years of interest-only payments at a rate of 5.41%, providing the borrower with long-term stability and attractive terms in today’s volatile rate environment.

“In a rapidly shifting market, rates fluctuated almost daily,” Serebrowski said. “Our team worked closely with Walker & Dunlop to lock in a favorable rate and deliver the right structure for our client. We’re proud to have helped a valued borrower navigate these conditions successfully.”Despite challenges in the capital markets, Arrow Real Estate Advisor’s collaborative approach ensured a smooth execution and delivered the necessary proceeds to meet the client’s goals.
