YL Acupuncture Signs at 389 Fifth Ave.

YL Acupuncture has secured a new long-term office lease at 389 Fifth Ave., announced Koeppel Rosen LLC, leasing and management agent for the Rosen family portfolio.

YL Acupuncture agreed to a 10-year, 10-month lease, comprising 1,572-square-feet on the 11th floor of the building. The tenant was represented in the transaction by Bradley Cohn and Jeff Buslik with Adams & Company, while ownership was represented in-house by Max Koeppel.

YL Acupuncture is a professional acupuncturist offering services including pain relief, holistic wellness, and traditional Chinese energy balancing, delivered through evidence-based, patient-centered care. It is expected to move into its new space by Q4 2025.

Built in 1922, 389 Fifth Ave. is a 123,195-square-foot, 12-story building with office and showroom space on the corner of Fifth Avenue and East 36th Street. The building is fully renovated, featuring windows on three sides and a new lobby and corridors, upgraded elevators, and new restrooms. The roster of tenants currently leasing space includes GMA Accessories Inc., Bridge Medical and Action Without Borders.
