The Corcoran Group recently announced that Noble Black and his team, Noble Black & Partners, have joined the firm. The move was announced by Pamela Liebman, Corcoran’s President and CEO. Black and his team will be affiliated with Corcoran’s East Side and Southampton offices.
For more than two decades, Noble Black has achieved industry-wide acclaim in the New York City and East End real estate markets, with career sales exceeding $3.5 billion as an individual broker. He rejoins Corcoran Group after a decade at Douglas Elliman, where he ranked as the #1 Team in Manhattan and the #2 Mega Team nationwide in 2024. Most recently, RealTrends The Thousand ranked Noble Black & Partners the #2 Mega Team in New York by volume. The team currently represents a portfolio of approximately $500M in luxury properties across New York and the Hamptons.
An accomplished attorney, Black brings a client-first philosophy, an unwavering focus on discretion, and deep expertise across every property category, including luxury new developments such as Aman New York Residences, Waldorf Astoria, 111 Murray, Madison Square Park Tower, and Baccarat Residences. Among his many notable sales are penthouse residences at 520 Park Avenue, 785 Fifth Avenue, 100 Eleventh Avenue, Four Seasons Private Residences, and 10 Sullivan Street.
On Black’s return, Liebman remarked, “I’m incredibly pleased to have Noble back at Corcoran. He has built an extraordinary business grounded in integrity, insight, and a profound understanding of the market. With the strength of the Corcoran brand behind him, I have no doubt he will continue to raise the bar in both New York City and the East End.”
Noble Black & Partners comprises some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals and partners in the pursuit: Jamie Gagliano, Justin Figari, Jennifer Stillman, Cory Cahlon, and industry veteran Matthew Mackay. Among them, Figari, Stillman, Cahlon, and Mackay mark their return to Corcoran. In total, 10 members of the team are coming back to Corcoran.
“On behalf of Noble Black & Partners, I am thrilled to make the strategic decision to return to the Corcoran Group, whose client-centric values, market leadership, global affiliate network, and marketing resources align with the trajectory of our practice. We are incredibly grateful to Douglas Elliman, its leadership, and management teams for their pivotal support and contribution to our success over the past decade.”
A longtime New York City resident, Black grew up in Mississippi, where he graduated from Millsaps College before earning his law degree at the University of Virginia School of Law. After a successful career at a prominent Wall Street law firm, he turned his focus to real estate.
