Sweetgreen, the mission-driven restaurant brand focused on healthy food at scale opened its first Arizona location at Scottsdale Quarter, located at 15323 N. Scottsdale Road near Phoenix, center manager Vestar announced.
Sweetgreen is celebrated for its chef-crafted salads, warm bowls, and protein plates, all prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients. The opening marks a significant milestone for the brand as it expands into Arizona, introducing valley residents to its craveable, health-conscious menu.
“Sweetgreen is a perfect addition to Scottsdale Quarter, bringing a fresh and healthy dining experience that’s convenient for our residents, office tenants, and visitors. Once you experience Sweetgreen, it’s easy to become a fan, and we’re excited to welcome them as they debut their first location in Arizona,” said Taylor Alvey, Vice President of Leasing at Vestar.
The new 2,515-square-foot space at Scottsdale Quarter accommodates up to 30 guests indoors and 36 guests on the patio. Customers have the option of ordering in-store, online or through the Sweetgreen app.
Owned by FalconEye Ventures, Scottsdale Quarter is home to premier retail brands and restaurants such as Apple, Restoration Hardware, Lululemon, Jenni Kayne, Veronica Beard, Dominick’s Steakhouse and True Food Kitchen.
