Koeppel Rosen LLC, leasing and management agent for the Rosen family portfolio, announced a new, 8,569 square-foot lease for Frostbyte Technologies Inc., d/b/a Dripos, at 151 West 26th St.

Dripos is a New York City-based startup that builds an all-in-one software platform for coffee shops. Instead of using separate tools for POS, payroll, scheduling, banking and customer loyalty, Dripos combines everything into one system designed specifically for café operations. The startup relocated from 45 East 20th St., where it occupied 5,000 square feet across two floors. The company will move into a portion of the 10th floor at 151 West 26th St.

Max Koeppel, director of leasing at Koeppel Rosen, represented ownership in-house, while Robert G. Mitchell of Byrnam Wood LLC represented Dripos.

“It was wonderful working with Dripos to negotiate its relocation,” said Max Koeppel. “Dripos wanted its operations to be on one floor, not split across multiple. The expanded space at 151 West 26th St. also allows flexible room for the company to grow.”

Constructed in 1912 by architectural firm Schwartz & Gross & B.N. Marcus, 151 West 26th St. is a 197,336-square-foot, 12-story building between Sixth and Seventh Avenues. Current tenants at the property are Swedish Institute Inc., Goods & Services LLC, Public Clothing Company and CTA Architects P.C.
