Koeppel Rosen LLC, leasing and management agent for the Rosen family portfolio, announced that contemporary Japanese dining concept Gogyo has opened a 3,369-rentable-square-foot lease at 45 West 20th St. in Manhattan for its latest restaurant location.
The long-term lease agreement comprises 15 years and 6 months. Ownership was represented in house by Max Koeppel in the transaction, while Grogyo was represented by Alexandra Turboff with Mona Retail Holdings, LLC.
Gogyo is part of the globally recognized Ippudo brand and is known for its refined take on traditional ramen and modern Japanese comfort food. The popular eatery has several additional locations throughout New York City.

Constructed in 1911, 45 East 20th Street is a 12-story mid-rise office building in Manhattan’s Flatiron District. The office building offers approximately 62,856 rentable square feet and is located between Park Avenue and Broadway, just steps from Gramercy Park.
