Gottesman Real Estate Partners, a family-owned and -operated real estate company, has hired Steven Osborne as Vice President, announced Andy Gottesman, company CEO. Osborne will assist in overseeing Gottesman’s four-state portfolio of 14 commercial and residential properties, spread across New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and North Carolina.
Working out of the firm’s offices in New York City, Chatham, N.J, and Stamford, Conn., Osborne will directly support Andy Gottesman and Zach Levine, vice president, in all aspects of asset-managing Gottesman’s portfolio, including leasing, project management, capital improvements, budgeting, tenant relations and development. He also will evaluate acquisition opportunities and debt strategies.
“Steven’s broad and extensive relationships in our markets and his background in asset management, finance, acquisitions, and development helps to fortify us for the next stage of our growth and asset diversification,” Gottesman said. “
During a 16-plus-year tenure at New York Life Real Estate Investors, Osborne most recently served as senior director of transactions and asset management.
He earned his bachelor’s degree in business management from Franklin & Marshall College and holds a master’s degree in real estate development and investment from New York University.
