GFP Real Estate announced that Candid Group, Inc. (d/b/a Candid Health), a healthcare revenue cycle software that automates billing to increase net collections and accelerate cash flow, has signed a new, seven-year lease for 28,687 square feet on the third floor of 675 Avenue of the Americas.
Jeffrey Gural and Alphie Toro of GFP Real Estate, along with Anthony Sciacca and Scott Gutnick of Newmark — represented the landlord, GFP Real Estate. Justin Haber, Kyle Riker and Emma Gill of JLL represented Candid Health which will relocate to the building in February.

The property offers expansive 50,000-square-foot floor plates, 13-foot exposed ceilings, oversized operable windows, a 24/7 attended lobby, tenant rooftop amenity space and fully modernized elevator, mechanical and HVAC systems.
