Jack Resnick & Sons Leases 29,000SF at 880 Third Avenue

Jack Resnick & Sons  announced four lease agreements totaling 28,970 square feet at 880 Third Avenue, its 18-story boutique office tower located in the Plaza District.

Financial institution Private Export Funding Corporation (PEFCO) signed a 13-year lease for 9,577 square feet across the entire ninth floor. PEFCO relocated to its new space last month from 675 Third Avenue.  Nonprofit Finance Fund will relocate to 8,393 square feet across the entire 12th floor this summer from 5 Hanover Square in Lower Manhattan as part of a 12-year lease.

The Permanent Mission of Belize to the United Nations signed a 12-year lease and will relocate from 675 Third Avenue to 4,345 square feet on the 13th floor of 880 Third Avenue later this summer. Resnick has also agreed to a seven-year lease extension with FHS Risk Management for 6,655 square feet across the entire 14th floor. The insurance consulting firm has been a tenant in the building for over two decades.

Originally built by Jack Resnick & Sons in 1962 and expanded in 1969, 880 Third Avenue was designed by architect Herbert Tannenbaum.
