Resolution Real Estate, a member of NAI Global, has arranged a 10,013-square-foot, full-floor lease for fashion house Pamella Roland at 462 Seventh Avenue. Representing the owner, S.I.K. Associates LLC, was Michael Heaner, Kaufman Management Company LLC.
Over the years, Pamella Roland’s evening wear has been worn by such celebrity clients as Taylor Swift, Serena Williams, Lainey Wilson, Gayle King and Jennifer Hudson. Her exclusive collections are found at fine retailers worldwide, including Bergdorf Goodman, Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus and Harrods. Roland is a member of the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) and also sits on boards for the Joffrey Ballet and Whitney Museum of American Art, among others.

The 189,734-square-foot, 23-story prewar office building is conveniently situated between 35th and 36th Streets. The building boasts a recently upgraded infrastructure, attended lobby with 24/7 access, tenant-controlled air-conditioning, multiple freight elevators and on-site bike storage.
The tenant will be relocating from 501 Seventh Avenue.
