Lee & Associates NYC announced the completion of a new office lease for Jones Jones LLC at 44 Wall Street in Manhattan’s Financial District. The law firm signed a 10-year, nine-month lease for 5,311 square feet on part of the seventh floor of the building.
Jones Jones LLC will relocate from 5 Hanover Square.
“We wanted to remain in the Financial District because it continues to provide tremendous convenience for our employees and clients alike,” said Matthew Jones, executive partner of Jones Jones LLC. “44 Wall Street checked all the boxes for us in terms of location, transportation access and overall value, while allowing us to stay rooted in the neighborhood we know well.”
The landlord was represented by George Comfort & Sons, by Alexander Bermingham. Tenant representation was handled by Todd Korren and Noah Caspi of Lee & Associates NYC.

Jones Jones LLC is expected to move into its space in June 2026. The firm also maintains an office in Jersey City.
