Prismera, an artificial intelligence platform focused on how commercial real estate organizations analyze, manage and leverage critical lease and property data,= announced the appointment of Jacob Lefkowitz as senior advisor.
Lefkowitz joins Prismera with more than a decade of experience advising the senior executives, boards and investment committees behind many of commercial real estate’s most influential institutions. As managing director and head of real estate recruiting at Marcus & Associates, he built an extensive executive network across public REITs, private equity real estate platforms, institutional managers, owner-operators, developers, lenders and family offices.
“Jacob understands the organizational architecture of commercial real estate at a level few people do,” said Riley Hudson, co-founder and CEO of Prismera. “He has spent years advising the people who shape how leading institutions are built and how decisions get made, and where complexity compounds across portfolios. That perspective will help Prismera stay close to the structural changes happening inside real estate organizations as AI becomes part of how the industry operates.”
As senior advisor, Lefkowitz will work directly with Prismera’s leadership team to help drive strategic growth initiatives, expand the company’s presence throughout the institutional real estate community, strengthen industry partnerships, advise on market strategy and support customer adoption across owners, operators, investors, and asset managers.
“Jacob gives us a direct line of sight into how leading real estate organizations are thinking about technology adoption, operational efficiency and AI,” said Nicolas Osborn, co-founder and chief operating officer of Prismera. “His perspective will help us sharpen where Prismera can create the most value for customers and expand our reach with the organizations best positioned to benefit from Prismera.”
