A 16,800-square-foot industrial lease has been finalized at 81 Chimney Rock Rd., Building B in Bridgewater, New Jersey by owner representative NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co. (NAIDB). Industrial plating and mechanical services provider Hard Chrome Solution is the new tenant.
The NAIDB team comprised of Chief Operating Officer David Simon and Vice Presidents Kyle Gerace and Chris Chiusolo represented the landlord in the transaction.

Building B at 81 Chimney Rock Rd. features a layout designed for efficiency, including optimal loading capabilities and ceiling heights suitable for mechanical and industrial applications. Its location within a mature industrial hub provides proximity to a skilled labor force and essential infrastructure.
