The Moinian Group signed it has signed a five-year, 7,500-square-foot office lease with Solara Wealth Management d/b/a Arca Financial at 60 Madison Avenue in Midtown South. The transaction follows approximately 90,000 square feet of leasing activity announced earlier this year.
The Moinian Group was represented by CBRE in the transaction. Solara Wealth was represented by Arash Sadighi, co-founder, and Tyler Ruggieri, managing director, of Venture Commercial.
