Already well established in Europe, Lupa Technology has named John Braley as head of Americas to extend its reach in the region. Since its founding in 2018, Lupa has provided data-driven decision-making for construction claims, risk and dispute analysis with proprietary technology charged by artificial intelligence.
In this role, Braley will bring his 30-plus years of industry experience in construction, real estate, consulting and technology to Lupa. Building on his extensive network in the industry, he will add his voice to the construction, finance, insurance, legal and real estate organizations discussions around data.
Lupa Technology is part of a growing category of companies building what many describe as an “intelligence layer.” Lupa Technology’s mission is to simplify complex data challenges and enhance project outcomes by delivering intelligent, scalable solutions that drive success in every phase of the project lifecycle.
Its technology was designed to address the challenge of fragmented project records, transforming them into actionable commercial, legal, operational and risk mitigation options. Recent use cases have included analyzing millions of project records, identifying hidden project risks, accelerating document review from months to hours, allowing project teams to establish clearer evidence for making decisions, defending claims and expediting dispute resolution.
Braley’s prior roles include leadership positions with Turner Construction, Arcadis, Tishman Speyer and Delos.
