FirstService Residential announced that it has once again been selected to provide full-service property management for The Grandview Condominium Unit Owners Association in Philadelphia.
“We are delighted to welcome The Grandview back to the FirstService Residential family,” said Michael Mendillo, president, East Region, FirstService Residential. “Our team is already working closely with the board to support its goals, provide strategic guidance and deliver the resources and expertise needed to help the community thrive long into the future.”
Located in Philadelphia’s Chinatown neighborhood, The Grandview is a 16-story Art Deco landmark that was originally completed in 1935. Renowned for its striking architectural design, ornate detailing and historic character, the building seamlessly blends timeless elegance with modern urban living. Residents enjoy a wide range of amenities, including a state-of-the-art fitness center, yoga studio, meditation room, outdoor garden, dog run and a spacious community room with kitchen facilities that serves as a hub for social gatherings and community events.
“We recognized the need for a management partner with proven expertise in overseeing large-scale, complex construction projects within condominium communities,” said Edmund Aristone, president of The Grandview board of directors. “We are confident that, under the leadership of FirstService Residential’s Bob Bender and with the support of FirstService Residential’s extensive resources, operational expertise, and dedicated on-site team, our community will be well positioned to achieve its long-term goals while enhancing the quality of life for our residents.”
