FirstService Residential, a residential property management company in the New York metropolitan area, announced it has received the honor of being named Property Management Firm of the Year for the upcoming 17th RED Residential Real Estate Awards this October, one of New York’s residential real estate industry’s prestigious recognition programs.
Presented annually, the RED Residential Real Estate Awards celebrate the organizations and individuals whose work has had a transformative impact on residential development, property management and community living.
This award recognizes FirstService Residential’s long-standing commitment to operational excellence, customer service innovation, industry leadership and its continued contributions to shaping the future of residential real estate throughout New York City and the surrounding region.
The honor also reflects the leadership of Marc Kotler, president of FirstService Residential New York, whose more than three decades of property management experience have helped define some of New York City’s most prominent residential communities and new development projects.
