Green Street, a provider of real assets intelligence, data, news and predictive analytics, announced two significant expansions to its MCP (Model Context Protocol) Server: the launch of News, which is live now, and the introduction of new MCP workflows designed to help clients get even more value from their Green Street MCP experience inside Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and other AI platforms.
With the News tool, users can ask natural-language questions about Green Street News coverage and receive a synthesized answer with a link back to the full article on the Green Street platform. For clients already using Green Street’s existing MCP connectors, News adds a layer of context to every prompt. Because the MCP Server allows datasets to be combined within a single conversation, clients can move from a headline to the underlying data, or from a data point to the story behind it, without leaving the AI tool they already use.
Green Street’s new set of MCP workflows go beyond single-question retrieval. Each workflow delivers a structured, purpose-built view of Green Street intelligence that is consistent, shareable, and ready to use every time it is run, helping clients save time and standardize how they put Green Street content to work across their teams.
Available workflows include, for example, Ask Green Street Concierge and Get Green Street Digest. Green Street will continue to expand the library by adding new packaged workflows on a regular basis, giving clients a growing set of ways to put Green Street intelligence to work.
“Data is most powerful when it is paired with context,” said Richard Neale, chief product officer at Green Street. “With News now part of the MCP Server, every prompt can draw on the stories behind the numbers, and our new workflows give clients a consistent, ready-to-use way to turn Green Street intelligence into action. We will continue to add new workflows regularly, so that clients get more value from the MCP Server over time.”
