Forbes Global Properties, an international network of selected real estate brokerages that connects buyers and sellers to the world’s most exceptional properties, announced that its 2026 Regional Meeting will take place on October 22 at Forbes on Fifth, 24 Fifth Avenue, New York, New York.

The invitation-only event will bring together agents and senior leaders from across the network for a day of discussions, panels and networking focused on the trends and opportunities shaping real estate markets around the world.

The meeting will be hosted by Platinum Forbes Global Properties, New York’s exclusive Forbes Global Properties member. Founded in 2005 by siblings Khashy and Dezireh Eyn, the firm is a private, family-owned, full-service boutique brokerage with deep roots across New York City’s key submarkets. Backed by a nuanced understanding of shifting market dynamics, its agents advise across buying, selling and renting, pairing deep industry insight with a data-driven, client-first approach.

“New York City is a hub for global real estate, making it the ideal setting for our regional leaders attending from around the globe,” said Michael Jalbert, CEO of Forbes Global Properties. “This gathering allows our members to share what they’re seeing on the ground, resulting in sharper perspectives, stronger partnerships and the confidence to guide clients through a market that never stands still.”

“We’re thrilled to welcome our fellow members to New York City for this year’s Regional Meeting,” said Dezireh Eyn, founder and CEO of Platinum Forbes Global Properties. “Real estate is increasingly global, and our clients are looking beyond their own cities and markets for opportunities. Having so many of our colleagues together in New York gives us a chance to compare what we’re seeing, learn from one another and build the relationships that help us better serve our clients wherever their interests take them.”

Set against the backdrop of New York City’s dynamic real estate market, the Regional Meeting will feature a mix of fireside chats, expert presentations and panels with distinguished industry voices. Sherry Phillips, CEO of Forbes and Peter Hung, President of Forbes, will be in attendance, joining esteemed members and guests.

Among the featured discussions is “Inverting the Sales Funnel: Why You Don’t Want ‘Leads,’” featuring Jalbert and Matt Beall, chair of the board at Forbes Global Properties and CEO and founder of Hawai‘i Life. A panel on the forces shaping global real estate, moderated by El Moriarty, COO of Forbes Global Properties, will bring together brokerage leaders to compare perspectives across markets. In “Building New York: A Conversation on Development & Opportunity,” Khashy Eyn, founder and chairman of Platinum Forbes Global Properties, and Nathan Berman, managing principal and founder of MetroLoft, will discuss New York City’s development landscape.

Other sessions will examine the application of artificial intelligence in real estate, the role of creative content in communicating the value of exceptional properties and the perspectives of leading agents navigating their respective markets. The program will also feature contributions from Forbes Global Properties editors, alongside speakers from Concierge Auctions and Forbes Travel Guide, extending the conversation to property marketing, storytelling and the broader experiences associated with exceptional real estate.
