Keller Williams New York City (KWNYC), a Manhattan-based real estate brokerage firm specializing in residential and commercial sales and rentals, part of the Keller Williams franchise, celebrates Licensed Real Estate Salesperson and Head of Pan Asia Luxury Sales, Vicky Zhang, winner of two prestigious awards.

Zhang was honored as a Hurun U30 recipient, a recognition in China often compared to Forbes 30 Under 30 as well as being the recipient of an award from the United Nations.

Zhang was awarded a Global Youth Leadership Award at United Nations Women’s Leadership Summit–an official parallel event of the 70th session of the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women (NGO CSW70). Centered on advancing the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the forum brought together influential voices from government, finance, media, academia and entrepreneurship to shape the future of women’s leadership worldwide.

Notably, Zhang was the only New York–based recipient, underscoring her influence within one of the world’s most competitive and dynamic markets. As the founder and director of the Pan-Asian Sales Department at Keller Williams NYC, she has built a reputation for bridging global perspectives with local market expertise, particularly within the real estate and investment landscape.

Zhang delivered a powerful message on the evolving role of women in economic leadership. She emphasized that true independence extends beyond income, highlighting the importance of women actively participating in asset ownership and critical financial decision-making.

“Female empowerment is not just about opportunity—it is untapped potential that can be continuously expanded,” Zhang noted. “Our responsibility is not only to create opportunities for the next generation, but to equip them with the ability to lead and make decisions.”

Zhang also received another huge honor this year, being named as one of the prestigious Hurun 30 Under 30 Award recipients. In Boston City Hall, Vicky Zhang emerged as a key honoree of the evening, receiving the Hurun 30 Under 30 Award in recognition of her leadership in bridging cultural communities through business, public engagement and cross-border collaboration.

Zhang was recognized for her efforts in fostering cultural connectivity through leadership in real estate, community engagement and cross-cultural professional networks. Her work reflects a broader movement of next-generation leaders who are redefining influence beyond traditional industry boundaries—integrating business leadership with cultural awareness and community impact.

Organizers noted that Zhang’s recognition highlights the expanding role of young professionals who are not only contributing to economic growth but also serving as bridges between global communities.
