The Downtown Dream Hotel PHD was packed with over 600 top real estate pros on August 15th to hear JDS Development founder Michael Stern discuss his dynamic approach to development leading to such great New York development success stories as Walker Tower, Stella Tower, American Cooper and now his latest venture under construction on West 57th Street. Choosing architects able to dramatically impact the urban landscape has been a major trademark of JDS’ success here in New York City. Stern gave great insight into his development thinking from choosing partners, locations, and of course selecting the right architect.
