Lori Shabtai and Town Commercial Real Estate LLC announced that John Pell, Licensed Real Estate Salesperson, has joined the company as part of the Lori Shabtai team.
Mr. Pell joins Shabtai from SRS Real Estate Partners, the largest retail commercial brokerage in North America, where he specialized in landlord and tenant representation. Pell brings vast industry knowledge and experience to the Shabtai team, having implemented retailer expansion strategies and completed deals with many of the world’s largest landlords including SL Green, Related Companies and Vornado Realty Trust. Mr. Pell has multi-tiered experience, having previously held executive positions at Capital One, Citibank, NY Commercial Bank and Newmark Grubb Knight Frank.

Mr. Pell is a Florida native and graduated from Florida State University with a bachelor’s degree in economics, minoring in business.
