ClearView Healthcare Partners, a global strategy firm with consultants serving the life science sector, signed a new 11-year lease at 111 West 33rd Street for 39,067 square feet. The space was recaptured by building owner/manager Empire State Realty Trust from a prior tenant and fulfills the expansion needs of ClearView Healthcare Partners, which currently occupies 10,539 square feet at the property.
