For the first time ever, pre-owned wedding dresses from Kleinfeld Bridal’s resale marketplace, kleinfeldagain.com, were available for sale at their semi-annual sample sale on March 11-12. With 400 appointments and over 800 dresses to choose from, brides had the opportunity to shop for their dream wedding dress from a selection of Kleinfeld’s designer samples and a selection of pre-owned wedding dresses from kleinfeldagain.com.
From March 3-7, anyone who sold their pre-owned wedding dress with the white-glove service, “Diamond Package,” on Kleinfeld Again received complimentary access to over 400 brides shopping the in-store sample sale. The Diamond package is the premium listing package on Kleinfeld Again, which retails for a flat fee of $199.95 and $20 per month storage. Plus, brides were able to shop with expert stylists featured on TLC’s “Say Yes to the Dress” and say “YES!” in-store at the Kleinfeld Bridal NYC Flagship.
“In January, we hosted our first-ever in-store consignment event where brides could list their wedding gowns in person with support from our expert team at Kleinfeld Bridal,” said Jennifer Shipe, head of Brand and Marketing for Kleinfeld Bridal and kleinfeldagain.com. “The overwhelming response showed us there’s significant demand for in-person shopping of pre-owned wedding dresses. Based on this success, we’re thrilled to integrate select Kleinfeld Again gowns into our popular semi-annual sample sale, giving brides the opportunity to shop these pre-loved dresses in person. If this approach proves successful, we plan to create more opportunities for brides to experience pre-owned gowns at our NYC flagship location.”
The unique selection of Kleinfeld Again Diamond pre-owned gowns were featured at the sample sale in the main bridal showroom in a special display that showcased designers such as Pnina Tornai, Vera Wang, Martina Liana, Ines Di Santo, Eve of Milady, Hayley Paige, Maggie Sottero, Jenny Packham, Randy Fenoli, YSA Makino, Anne Barge and more. Size range was 4-24 with a price range of $1,400-$13,500. Kleinfeld Bridal also feature two gowns from beloved star Dorothy, from TLC’s “Say Yes to the Dress.” As her wedding vision evolved, she decided to list both dresses with all proceeds benefiting her favorite charity, the National Humane Society.
